NHS Content Analysis
Looking into an organization’s digital content can give a glimpse into whether it takes the digital realm seriously. This week, I analyzed the Northumbria Healthcare Services website and social media practices. Bernard Marr & Co. conducted an interview with the organization and published a report that identified several business goals that the organization placed high in priority. The goals were distilled so they represented what the company truly wanted to be for the community.
To conduct my analysis, I chose three of the business goals and judged the website and social media content based on the goals. For example, the organization wanted to build its reputation, so branding would be important. As I reviewed the content, it was clear that branding efforts could be improved upon.
